Lumber Street Property Acquisition
Macungie Memorial Park Board of Directors is pleased to announce they have acquired a 1.6 acre parcel of land between Lumber Street and Mountain Creek as an addition to the western side of the Park. This gives the Park land on both sides of Mountain Creek.
The purchase was made possible by a loan that now needs to be repaid. Please consider donating to the Park to assist with paying back the loan. The Park is a 501(c)(3) charity and any donations are tax exempt!
The Park is looking forward to creating a plan for the use of this new area and welcomes community input plus donations to assist with repayment of the loan. Come out and look at this new area of the Park and look forward to enjoying it as the Park develops a plan.
