General Pavilion Rental Rules
Rental Time 9AM - 9PM
The Park may have its employees inspect the pavilions during the lease period to assure compliance with the Park’s rules. The Renter(s) acknowledges that they have inspected the pavilion and find them satisfactory for their intended use.
If a problem regarding the pavilion or its contents is perceived, it must be brought to the attention of the Park personnel at the earliest moment for correction.
Usage
Macungie Memorial Park staff has the right to cancel any events and facility usage.
Parking
Parking of cars is only permitted in designated parking lot areas, not on center grass areas or inner macadam near band shell.
Restrictions
Outdoor Restrictions:
- Tables may not be removed from pavilions.
- Clambakes or in-ground pig-roasts are not permitted.
- Quoits or horseshoe setups must be placed along the creek area.
- No glass bottles/containers are to be used on premise.
- All ashes are to be left in the grille to cool overnight.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash.
-No skateboards.
-No E-bikes.
Indoor Restrictions:
-No tape or adhesive on the walls.
- No tape or adhesive on the floors.
- Do not drag tables, chairs, benches, heavy furniture, or equipment on the floors.
- No smoking.
